The space GENERAL Welcome to our well-thought-out and designed double room and living room! Our space is clean, well-lit, and filled with natural light from the large windows. We have also added lamps to create a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. We pride ourselves on providing quality beds and bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep for our guests. The room is decorated with a minimalistic and modern style, creating a calming and relaxing environment. The living room is the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day exploring the city. It is equipped with a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights in. It contains a comfortable double bed, dressed in luxurious linens and plush pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. For your convenience, there is a wardrobe with drawers, providing ample storage space for all your belongings. On the bedside tables, you'll find two natural flowers, adding a touch of nature and tranquility to the room. LIVING ROOM Our well-designed living space is complemented by our fully-equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a hob, oven, and fridge, providing all the necessary appliances for your cooking needs. It contains a comfortable sleeper sofa (130x200cm) suitable for two persons, a dining table, and a 50-inch TV, perfect for movie nights in. There is also a wooden leisure single sofa chair, providing an extra spot to relax and enjoy the view. The living space is decorated with a modern and minimalistic style, creating a calming and relaxing atmosphere. BATHROOM Our classical bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is stocked with towels, shower and hair shampoo, and a hair dryer, providing all the necessary amenities for your convenience. The bathroom features a classic and elegant design, with a spacious shower and plush towels. It is the perfect spot to freshen up after a long day exploring the city. OTHER Our apartment is conveniently located with a supermarket within the building, making it easy to pick up any necessary items during your stay. We also offer free parking, providing a hassle-free experience for our guests traveling by car. Garage: We have a designated parking spot in the garage for your use. Please park in this spot only, as other parking spaces are reserved for other residents. We also want to let you know that there is a supermarket located within the building, which can be a convenient amenity during your stay. The store is open daily from 8am-10pm and has a wide selection of groceries, household items, and other essentials. Please note: Our standard check-in times are between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. If you wish to check in or check out outside of these hours, please let us know. This is subject to availability and the possibility. For stays of more than two nights, towels and linens are changed on a weekly basis. We strive to ensure a comfortable and clean stay for all of our guests.
