You shouldn’t miss the opportunity to do snorkel in our exclusive and private natural swimming pools of salty water. You could see sea urchins, lobster, crabs and many other species of beautiful fish. This private property, is ideal to go with your family or group of friends, also play games & sports The space The house has all you need to be comfortable without luxuries to enjoy life, in a really amazing place. The house has 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioners, complete kitchen with all the necessarty equipment, fridge, stove, microwave, blender, coffee machine, and more. The house is located in huge private land, where you'll have complete privacy for you and your family, no noise and best of all, in front of the ocean! You also have a private terrace (rancho), with bricks big BBQ, hamacs, for you to have a wonderfull and great time with your friends, family and guests. Next to the property, you'll find a coral reef and also a perfect place with sand, for the little ones to have a splash at the beach in a really safe place. For those who love diving and/or snorkling, you have the ocean just in front of you. The propoerty has a private pier, in case you want to take your jet ski, boat, kayak, etc...Also, the beach is just 10 min walk from the house, so you can go and swim or just lay down in the sand. Guest access Once you do the reservation, you can access all the areas inside the property. All the property is private just for you and your family and friends to enjoy. House, rancho, bbq area, hamacs, swimming pool, pier, patio, etc... Other things to note If you love adventure and natures, bring your aqua shoes, so you can go and explore walking through the coral reefs which are a lot. Kids enjoy so much doing this, cause they get to see many fish, sardines, snails, etc...Also, if you have snorkling or diving equipment, do not forget it, as well as your fishing rod. This is the perfect place to do all this sports. If you are a seafood lover, take cash with you...between 2-4p.m. during the weekends, if you drive till Los Cañones Restaurant (Use Waze - 15 min to get there), next to it, you'll see locals, selling in the street live and fresh lobsters and crabs at a really cheap price. Around $5 each product, so you can take them back to the house, cook them the way you like (bbq or boiled). We have around the property, many coconut palm trees, so you can get them and enjoy fresh coconut water, or ask the keeper of the house to help you get them down the tree and open them with the machete. In the area of Colón, sometimes (really not often), the electricity is interrupted, so just in case, and even though we have candles, be prepared with your cellphone lanterns. Also, if you are lucky for mosquito bites, bring your repellent (off). Normally there are not much mosquitoes at the area.
