Sea Breeze Villa 1D sits on the beach at the Nelson Spring. It overlooks the breezy caribbean sea with sister island St.Kitts just a few waves away. There is literally One (1) step from the villa's edge to the sand of the sea shores. The villa is equipped with modern day furniture and fittings along with private wifi and comforting air conditioning system throughout the villa. The restaurant, "Barefoot" is opened daily except for Wednesdays and serves, lunch and dinner. Sea Breeze Villa 1D is a full two-bedroom apartment with 3 beds, two queen s and a twin-size bed. It is equipped with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms, spacious, breezy and colorfully decorated and sits on the beach edge. Inquire about in-dining chef. Nevis Traditional Breakfast or any other meal This is only offered upon request. All guests will have direct access to me via phone and email after check-in. It's a quiet beach area and near to restaurants and other necessary facilities. Barefoot restaurant is on property and opens for brunch and dinner daily except on Wednesday's. Guests are encouraged to rent a vehicle or book a designated driver for the duration of their stay. Public transportation is also available and can be access just outside the villa near the main road. * 20% Room tax is added to your final charges at the time of booking. *17% VAT may be charged on goods and services provided on the island. * Credit card payments attracts a 4% bank service fee that will be added to the outstanding amount. * We rent vehicles as well. $60 to $80 per day. Price includes all taxes and fees. * Guests are encouraged to turn off the AC when the villa is empty. The sliding glass doors welcome the natural breeze very well. Keep the screen door closed when the doors are open to avoid any uninvited insects such as mosquitos. Electricity is very expensive on the island, so we encourage the natural air as much as possible. * The push up windows are very Heavy to open and therefore, we ask for your own safety, NOT to attempt to open them Please! we prefer NOT to have any injuries as the Owner and Host will NOT assume responsibility for any injuries. * Housekeeping service is provided once during a seven (7) day stay and twice per monthly stays. * Absolutely NO running up and down the stairs especially when WET. Owner and HOST will NOT assume responsibility for injury. * Any guest outside the number of persons stated for the villa, will be subjected to additional charges and government tax, as the villa facilities only cater to the stated amount of persons that is listed for the villa.
