It is the perfect get-a-way for people looking to be outside by nature while having a beautiful living and working space. Located steps away from the Esopus Creek, peaceful sounds of rushing water can be heard in and out of the cabin. The cabin has a deck that overlooks the river, outdoor fire-pit with Adirondack chairs, a BBQ grill and an indoor gas fireplace. This chic cabin is the perfect get-a-away for those looking for a change of scenery. The cabin is set on an acre of land which sits directly on the Esopus Creek in which you can see and hear from inside and outside of the cabin. The property also has another one-bedroom cabin (which is also available for rent through our profile!) as well as a main house where the owners often stay but is designed to be your own private oasis. Steps from the Esopus River, renters can enjoy their coffee on the deck of the cabin while looking out at the stream or sitting on their private Adirondack chairs while making a fire. Each cabin also has their own private picnic table and grill. We also provide you with rain/mud boots if you don't have the proper footwear to enjoy the setup. - Outdoor grilling & lounging: In addition to the fire-pit set up, each cabin gets their own Weber charcoal grill - Charcoal and lighter fluid - A picnic table so you can enjoy the serene outdoors as you eat - Grill utensils Everything in the cabin is yours to enjoy and utilize during your stay. The cabin is one of three homes on the property. There is another guest cabin to the right (can also be rented out on airbnb) which may be occupied by other renters as well as a main house about 50 yards from the cabins in which the owners may be staying. Providing some of the best year-round outdoor recreation you'll find anywhere. This location cannot be beat in the Catskills. Locates directly on the Esopus River, the cabin is also a three minute drive to: Downtown Phoenicia, The Phoenicia Diner, Woodstock Brewing and many hiking trails. There are multiple boutique restaurants that are offering to-go meals within 5-10 minute drives around the Phoenicia area. Car is strongly suggested getting to the property. That said, biking into town and around the surrounding neighborhoods is very popular so feel free to bring your bikes if desired! The fireplace is gas but the outdoor fire pits are wood burning. The property is located on Route 28 so you can hear some cars passing when in the backyard, but it is often drowned out by the sounds of the creek.
