Updated, Old Town Home -Walking Distance to Lift!

Our lovely home is a quick 5 minute walk to Main Street and Downtown Park City. Peruse the local shops, taste local whiskey at the High West Distillery, or wine and dine at a any of the fine establishments Main St. has to offer. The Town Lift is also less than a 10 minute walk away! Everything is brand new and has just had a recent remodel. This is not a rental with basic items purchased just to get by. Every room has been carefully thought out and this house is very comfy. The space We went through each room and added personal touches to make our house feel like HOME to you! The decor is modern but rustic and has the charm of a cabin but the amenities of a house. Everything from the carpet to the pillow cases is new and we are excited to share all of our hard work remodeling this beauty with you! The cozy, comfortable home has a master suite with large walk in closet and private bath. There are 2 bedrooms with bunk beds in each and easy access to the hall bathroom. One has 2 full beds and the other a twin and a full. This is a child friendly home with toys and a Pack and Play so leave yours at home! The home sleeps 10 if you don't mind close quarters. There is a half bath/powder room downstairs for convenience. Each bathroom comes with new, fluffy towels and most of the essentials you will need for your trip. The kitchen has all new appliances, dishes, pots and pans and everything you will need to make a home cooked meal. There is a washer and dryer in unit along with detergent to make it easy for you during your stay. The mudroom in the entry way is perfect to put your boots, coats and gear so you can keep your living spaces snow free! Park City Mountain is the largest resort in the US and no expense has been spared here. Ski and board miles and miles of trails and the mountain accommodates all skill levels. Tired of boarders getting in your way? Take a quick bus ride over to Deer Valley and explore the terrain in this Ski Only park! The bus stop/transit center is a few hundred yards away so it is a convenient location to travel anywhere! Summit County and Park City have so much to offer whether you are a complete nature buff or just a laid back foodie who likes to keep it low key. There are several grocery stores, markets, liquor stores, and gyms in town so all of the amenities of a larger town are present. If you have ever been to Park City you know the difference between staying 15 minutes out of town in a condo complex or staying in an Old Town home within walking distance to Main. The location cannot be beat!
