Bab Argane: Charming house with staff

Bab-Argane is a charming house surrounded by olive groves. The price includes the service of a cook who prepares all your meals and also takes care of the daily maintenance of the rooms. 5 m x 10 m swimming pool (heated for an extra charge - €160/week package) Possibility to rent the entire house with 3 bedrooms (8 pers) or 4 bedrooms (11 pers) (the rate indicated on RB&B is the rate for the house with 3 bedrooms - an additional charge for the 4th bedroom). The space The house includes 2 buildings: one dedicated to 3 bedrooms (8 people) and its 3 bathrooms and the other to the kitchen and living room with open fire - dining room. The 4th bedroom (11 people) (extra charge) is a bungalow with one bedroom and bathroom close to the 2 main buildings of the house. Private pool of 5x10m (possibility to heat it for a flat fee of €200/week). Guests will benefit from the service of a cook, present from 8am to 5pm, who prepares all meals and takes care of the daily maintenance of the rooms and the house. If there are many of you, they will be assisted by a housekeeper. There is also a caretaker who lives at the entrance of the property. You are responsible for purchasing the ingredients needed to prepare your meals. You have the choice to shop yourself or the cook can order for you the majority of the ingredients needed for your meals at a grocer who is used to delivering to Bab Argane. We have 2 rates: one for the house with 3 bedrooms (8 people) (base rate offered by RB&B by default), the other for the house with 4 bedrooms (11 people) (small fee, ask for a special offer). Whether you rent the house with 3 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms, you will always be the only hosts of the house. You won't share it with others! All rooms come equipped with reverse air conditioning. Bab Argane is part of a private property of more than 2 hectares on which are 2 independent houses (Bab Argane and Babeloued). Each of the houses has its own privacy. By driving to the Moroccan rhythm you will access: - Golf de Mogador in 15 minutes. - Essouira beach (Kite, Surf, Planche, etc.) and Medina d 'Essaouira in 15-20 min. - Padel courts 2 min away - Horseback riding Diabat Ranch in 15 minutes - Ghazoua shops in 8 minutes - ATV hikes - Possibility of in-home massages - possibility of extra babysitter Airport: Essaouira (15 min), Marrakech (2.5 h), Agadir (3 h). Cleaning is done daily in the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as regular general maintenance of the house. The purchase of ingredients for meals is your responsibility. For food supplies, if you wish, we have agreements with small local merchants who deliver most of the ingredients needed for your meals to the house (this service is to be paid in cash).
