Buckhead Atlanta Private-Entry Guesthouse

Located in the center of Buckhead, and walking distance or a short drive to endless dining and shopping, this private apartment above the garage is a premiere location. You'll be surprised by the quietness of the family-friendly neighborhood stuck in the heart of it all. You'll have your own kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, with a private entry along the left side of the garage. Previous owners had permanent tenants, but we prefer the diversity and flexibility that airbnb offers! The space Adorable 1-bedroom apartment above the garage prepared to make you feel welcome and your stay comfortable. Kitchen has oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker (k-cups, sugars and creamer provided), pots / pans, silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, cooking utensils, pizza pan tray, full sized fridge / freezer and more. The living room, with ceiling fan, has a reclining leather couch and over-sized leather chair w/ ottoman and smart TV. The bedroom, with ceiling fan, has a king-sized pillow-top mattress with sheets, blankets, duvet, quilt, and pillows. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and full-sized vanity with sink and the toiletries needed for your stay. Guest access We have a pool that you are welcome to use, during the 'open' months. We generally close the pool by the end of September and re-open it in April. If this is important to you, please ask if we have it open and we can let you know! Other things to note We have a very friendly 15 lb. Jack Russell, Stella, that uses the yard from time to time (she also loves to swim!), and we have two children that like to play in the yard or swim in the pool. If you don't like the daytime sounds of either, this may not be the best place for you. Neither are permitted to be noisy during quiet hours.
