Contemporary modern house with a mid-century vibe, minutes away from downtown built in 2001 with walls of glass, kidney shaped saltwater pool and spa. With 1,672 square feet of living space, this house is perfect for couples or families who want their own space. Live TV/DVR, HBO, Netflix, Disney, Paramount+, Peacock, high speed Wi-Fi. The space The main living space is a glass box that separates the entry courtyard from the swimming pool deck, with sliding glass doors on both sides that open up to allow for the natural desert breeze. This space is basically a great room, with the living room, dining area and open kitchen with breakfast bar making for a perfect hang out space. The view to the pool deck is perfect from here. With all the doors open, it’s really an indoor-outdoor scene. Speaking of outdoor scene, this house is ready, with its retro style kidney-shaped pool and built-in spa, plenty of lounge seating, in and out of the sun, a barbecue grill and some nice views of the palms drifting in the desert breeze. As for sleeping arrangements, the first master bedroom is to the left of the front door, and offers a king size bed, HDTV, vanity with dual sinks, large glassed-in shower and big walk-in closet. There is also a sliding door out to the entry courtyard with direct access to the street and the 2-car garage. At the other end of the house is the second master bedroom, with a king size bed, HDTV and large walk-in closet. This bedroom has a door directly into the hall guest bathroom with tub shower, so this bathroom can double as a powder room for guests. The guest room is just inside the front door with a queen size bed. There are privacy sliding doors separating this room. Adjacent to kitchen is the laundry room, with a door out to the rear yard. Guest access Museums, spas and everything else this great area offers. Close to everything--downtown Palm Springs, shopping, restaurants, grocery, airport, highways--yet so private and peaceful. Other things to note • If you choose to heat the 11' x 22' pool with a 5' deep end, it will be heated up for your arrival. During winter pool heating $50/day, in spring and fall $35/day.
