Cozy, warm guest room in a ranch-style home, located in a very nice up-scaled area of San Diego surrounded by lush green rolling hills, in the quiet neighborhood of Santee. Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Our home is a Non-Smoking environment & we'd appreciate non-smokers regardless of whether or not you, as a smoker of anything, smoke elsewhere. At times we have family dogs in our home. We are happy to provide you with information about local events or must see sites during your stay. We have a very clean home and you would have access to all common areas including but not limited to the kitchen, WiFi, cable TV, and pool (the spa is not for use). The kitchen is completely stocked with your basic cooking supplies including a toaster, microwave, blender, crock pot, and more. The room is in excellent condition and includes a queen size bed, nightstands, and a TV. Guest access There is parking on the street right in front or to the side of the house. During your stay If you need to reach us for any reason you can contact us through the AirBnB app , via texting to our personal phone numbers, or by calling us on our personal phones.
