Newly remodeled house, 5 minutes from the beach. It has 2 equal independent wings, with a suite and 2 bedrooms each, ideal for 2 families. Living room with integrated kitchen and Bosca. It has a hot tub with a wood boiler and a pump truck. Ideal for nature lovers and quiet places. It has solar energy and water in a pond (conscious use). 2 hours 30 minutes from Santiago + 15 min dirt road, via Route 5 North. *Guests must bring their own sheets and towels. The space The 200-meter house is located on a 5,000-meter site, it is very bright and warm. Construction with two wings, both the south wing and the north wing have an en-suite bedroom with a walk-in closet and two other bedrooms with their bathroom, a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We do not accept young people, parties or bachelor parties. We do not accept pets Tenants must bring sheets and towels. There are pillows and duvets with their covers. Guest access The entire house is available. The house has solar energy and water to use carefully, since it is in water tanks in a tower inside the property. The house has 10,000 liters of water in a tank at a cost of $50,000 per 5,000 liters. (**paid later according to use, not included in the rent) It has an outdoor shower and hot tub. (**hot tub water $25,000 additional, firewood $25,000 approximately per use) The house is delivered clean, however it is important to consider that it is a house on the beach in a wild area. NOTE* Hair dryers, irons, blenders, etc. cannot be used. Only cell phone charging, refrigerators, lights and low power consumption items. There is no microwave or kettle. Other things to note It has a grill and brazier for charcoal grilling next to the outdoor dining area. It has a closed fireplace in the living room. Terrace with a HOT TUB (if you need firewood, you pay extra) and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand. Important: keep the gate closed so that donkeys do not enter. Notify at least one hour before arriving to coordinate key delivery. Water (pond and hot tub) is charged later. It's not inside the Agua Dulce condo.
