Above GoodHawk - charming queen

Welcome to Above GoodHawk. The rooms sit above our restaurant The GoodHawk and reflect inspiration we have found in art, nature, travel and a hint of Canadiana, each room is individually numbered and comes with its own key. We live on site, but separately from the guest suites. GoodHawk can accommodate up to 8 guests, this is Rm. 26 Queen, please visit our other listings which include, a second queen, King with private ensuite and a set of twins. The space When reserving Room 26 you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, potentially shared with other guests, three-piece shared bath, separate coded entry, sunny deck with hot tub, BBQ and ample parking. All four of our guest rooms are located on the second floor, above our restaurant The GoodHawk; the guest kitchen is on the ground level. Please note that there is no living room, as the rooms were created to support our "eating house" downstairs. While we welcome children, we are by no means child proof. GoodHawk has been a country home, local shop, inn and restaurant. We live on-site and have been working to resurrect it's culinary bones and are now happy to welcome guests to The GoodHawk dining room downstairs. Guest access As stated, the guest suites are entirely separate from out living area, guests have priority access to a small deck with BBQ. During your stay We live in the building, but separate from the guest suites and are only a text away to answer any questions, or meet your needs. Other things to note GoodHawk has four rooms in total that are above our restaurant's dining room, so on the nights we are open, you might hear distant music and faint chatter; there can also quite often be multiple guests staying at anytime, as a consideration to others, we ask that you clean up after yourselves and leave the kitchen as you found it. Really, we ask that all guests exercise basic common sense. Thanks all.
