New house, at an altitude of 1400 m (4600ft) in the heart of the Andes Mountains (Cerro Chapelco) in the exclusive gated community "Las Pendientes Sky Village". The community has 2 internal slops and is adjacent to Chapelco Sky Resort, one of the most delightful and panoramic ski resorts in Argentina. The space The house is located in Las Pendientes (gated community), a ski village that limits with the Chapelco Ski Resort, in San Martín de los Andes. Is a 1400 sq ft house in two plants. Higher level: Access room for ski boots, Toilette, Living room, Kitchen, Terrace with barbacue. Lower level: Main bedroom with queen bed & integrated bathroom, 2nd bedroom with two beds (or one queen bed), 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and another bathroom. Other things to note During the ski season (July to September) the reservation includes a daily cleaning service. During the rest of the year bed sheets and towels are provided, but no cleaning service is included.
