The space The remodeled interior has a spiral staircase leading to a loft, making this residence much larger than other two bedrooms in the Village. The main living level has a grand master suite large enough to also fit a sofa and a private door to the balcony, a guest bedroom with a king bed and bathroom, and half bath by the kitchen. Located upstairs is an open loft area with a den, as well as a full bed plus twin trundle bed. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gas range, granite counter tops, and stone floors. The open floor plan with massive vaulted ceilings gives the feel of a larger ski home and provides lots of space for gathering with family and friends. There is a dining table for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 4. Step outside to the balcony overlooking the Village pedestrian area below. The updated interior and unique layout of this spacious two-story residence is the perfect getaway for a large family or a group of couples! Shared outdoor hot tubs and fitness center are located on the ground level of the Catamount Lodge. Guests may also enjoy use of the Village Swim and Fitness Center, which includes a year-round saline pool, hot tub, large fitness facility, locker rooms with steam showers, and a game and lounge area. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access. Whether you choose to hike, mountain bike, golf, ski, or skate, you will find everything you need only steps away from your front door. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted. - This residence comes with 1 parking spot in the underground temp controlled parking garage.
