The private upstairs addition to our home was built new Spring of 2017. Sitting over our garage, it is a cozy 500 sqft & offers guests a quaint & quiet place to relax. With well appointed furnishings & thoughtful decor, Fig Tree Cottage offers everything you need to enjoy all the comforts of home. Just 15 min away enjoy the beautiful beaches of La Jolla along with some of the best restaurants and boutique shopping San Diego has to offer! The space We are so excited to share our lovely home with you. All finishing touches in the cottage are brand new and comfortable. We live on site and are available if you need anything. You do have your own parking space and private keyless entry to access the upstairs. Our backyard is a beautiful oasis with a well kept swimming pool and landscaping. You are most welcome to enjoy the outdoor space as we do not use it often and are mindful when hosting guests to give you privacy to enjoy these amenities. For families with children there is a playground within walking distance (Villa Monserate Park) It has lots of trees/shade and grass as well as playground equipment. A hidden gem! Another big hit is the Dairy Queen nearby ;) Guest access FYI, our pool is under repair from 10/5/25 until 1025/25, but you're welcome to use th lounge on the patio furniture and use the BBQ. Other things to note This is not a party house. We truly want you to have fun and enjoy your vacation but please no loud disturbances and large groups.
