Welcome to the top floor of a brand new house on a quiet street in Oliphant, Ontario. It is a two bedroom furnished flat with a private entrance, open livingroom/kitchen, full bathroom with tub/shower, washer/dryer, TV, WiFi and a small balcony with a BBQ. The beach is within walking distance where the sunsets are spectacular and the water is clear. Enjoy biking, kayaking, kite-boarding, boating, swimming, hiking as well as cross-country ski, snow shoe & snowmobile trails in the winter. Guest access Guest use the top floor. The entrance is the side door off the driveway where they can go in and leave their shoes & coats and then the flat is straight up the stairs. Other things to note We love to meet our guests before they head up to the flat, if they choose. If we are on site at the time, just come to the front door so we can say Hi!
