A wooden house in the suburbs of Batumi, in the resort village of Chakvi. The beach is right across the street, 70 meters from the house. The house is rented without the owners. The entire 2nd floor of the house is rented out, where there are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The house can accommodate 8 guests.
