Silver Lake Cottage

Cozy, three room cottage, near beautiful Silver Lake in South Kingstown. Near to beaches, easy access to route 1, down town and the local restaurants etc. Stand alone unit with private parking spot, entrance, washer, dryer and kitchenette. The space There is a main room that includes a small kitchen and a living area with a sleeper sofa, another sofa and small dining table and 3 chairs. The bedroom has a closet, bed and small table for a laptop. There is a full bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet. Guest access Guests can access the cottage using the keys in the black mail box (you must drive past the two brown mailboxes and take the left into the cottage driveway where you will see the black mailbox which has the keys). The door next to the deck is the access to the cottage. The other door is locked from the inside. Please be sure to park all cars on the grass as our neighbor owns the land that is the dirt part of this driveway and doesn't want cars on this section. Other things to note There are many beaches nearby in Narragansett, there is a boat marina down the road (Salt Pond Marina), there is a bike path, there is Newport and Jamestown 15 minutes away. There many great restaurants in the area as well as the Block Island Ferry which takes roughly 25 minutes to get to the island.
