Private Bedroom w/bath, shared sitting and kitchen

The room is a 12x12, tiled flooring, wardrobe, study table with chair, sofa and a bed for single person. The apartment is in a neat and tidy building with security guard. Its near market, masjid, park and about 10 minutes walking distance from public transport. I live in the same apartment and willing to welcome anyone (if not prohibited by government laws).
