It has a wonderful deck to sit on in the evenings and take in the fresh country air. This Unit rests comfortably in the heart of the village of Nashville and allows you to walk out of your door and begin exploring the wonderful shops, restaurants, wineries and breweries without having to drive anywhere. Other things to note -The $99 Base rate is a mid-week rate. -Weekend (Friday or Saturday) Base Rate is $164. - The Holidays and Fall Season (late September -October- and some of November) Mid-week rate is $160 and Week-end rate is $184. -All rates include the 12% state and local taxes.
