Shepherd's Stable with shared pool for guests

Our Shepherd's Stable (with shared pool) was lovingly restored and renovated by the previous owners of our organic farm, Huerta Salazar. It is a quiet, secluded place to disconnect and unwind but is also a good location from which to make great day-trips to Malaga, beaches, Antequerra, El Torcal and other parts of southern Spain. We are 2.5 km downhill from our local village - Almogia- and 35 minutes north of Malaga, along very scenic and windy roads. The space Our traditional Shepherd's Cottage and Stable are situated on a very quiet location on Huerta Salazar, our organic fruit farm (olives, almonds, citrus, fig, avocado, pomegranate, mango, nispero). Both properties have lovely kitchens and beautiful bathrooms, with large rain showers. The two cabins share a swimming pool. We can also provide cots for babies and small beds for young children at no extra cost. We are only a few minutes away from our local village - Almogia - where there are shops, restaurants and bars. Visit Malaga, the beaches, Antequera, El Torcal and El Chorro. There's so much to do, or just stay put, unwind, relax, swim and breathe the lovely fragrant air as the citrus blossom is carried on the warm breeze. Every season is lovely on the farm. Warm summer evenings, sitting outside under the stars, or cosy nights in the winter months next to the log buring stoves. There is now air-conditioning! It is the countryside so insects (mosquitos) are to be expected of course! IF THE CALENDAR SHOWS THAT THE STABLE IS RESERVED, DO SEND US A MESSAGE AS THE COTTAGE MAY BE AVAILABLE AND VICE VERSA. Guest access Guests have access to a private pool (reserved for guests of both our Cottage and Stable), located just over a small foot-bridge amidst our most beautiful orange trees. There is also a private terrace for lovely meals outdoors and a few lawn chairs for relaxing in. Although bbq and fires are not permitted during the rain-less summer months, these are available for the other months of the year. Other things to note Depending on the time of year, we have different fruits ready for harvest, some of which are available for sale. Avocados, mangoes, olives, almonds, pomegranates, nispero, figs to name a few. We also have a vegetable garden from which we can occasionally provide items. Everything on the farm is organic. We always have bottles of our own, home-pressed, organic olive oil available for purchase.
