Studio Cloudbreak tropical oasis

Cloudbreak Downstairs Studio is located up the hill from Surfer's Beach. You will love the huge front porch and cool surf vibe. The studio is 600+ sqft. with a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer. The surrounding area is part tropical preserve and laid back neighborhood. The trails leading to the beach are part of the island experience. The Bahamas await. Come be our guests. The space Welcome to our home. Cloudbreak is a lovely two story home. (Please see our reviews for the whole house) The fully air conditioned STUDIO is located downstairs with a private entrance. The grand studio apartment has a full kitchen and private bath. Screened French doors span the front porch allowing the soft breezes to flow through out the studio. It is solid concrete with Hurricane/security doors and all of the amenities that go along with a substantial home. Kitchens include: Microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, crock pot, blenders, rice cooker, pots/pans, silver ware, dish ware, and more. Sleeping arrangements: Downstairs has a queen bed and a queen futon and is a modern open concept, sleeps three. We also include: 2 person kayak, cooler, beach chairs. Car rentals: Please contact us for information. Airports: We are in between the North Eleuthera Airport and the Governor's Harbour Airport. We are thirty minutes to either airport. Check with United, Silver Airways, American, and Bahamas Air. There are direct flights from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, Florida. Connections from Nassau can be made please call us for assistance. We have made our home an oasis to be enjoyed. Unfortunately, we do not host all inquiries. We require kind and polite dialogue between us and our guests. For this reason we do not participate in instant book. Each home in the Bahamas is unique and we need our guests to follow some simple instructions. Following these instructions keeps your vacation and our home running smoothly. We will gladly share our rental agreement and all instructions prior to your booking. We want you to have a fantastic vacation. We also participate in Value Added Tax of our booking fees. It is a requirement of the Bahamian government. We also hold a Bahamian Business license. These are the requirements for a short term rental. Any rental who does not have the above is not legally operating in the Bahamas. Guest access Guests have a private front entrance and lock box. The studio has it's own front porch and parking. You also have an outdoor shower. Guests have access to guest recreational equipment. In addition our friends at Surfer's Haven can rent you surf boards, stand up paddle boards, snorkeling gear, and adventure tours. They are within walking distance. Other things to note Please make your reservations for your taxi (arrival and departure) or rental car in advance. Have them meet you at your airport. Re-check these arrangements two days prior to your arrival. Nothing happens fast in the Bahamas being well prepared is essential to your vacation. The Bahamas is an English speaking country and all of our correspondence and written directions will be in English. It is essential that we be able to communicate with each other for a well planned vacation.
