The space The house has all the comforts and amenities you would want for a relaxing holiday, including full DSTV. A large open plan T.V. lounge, dining room, kitchen & another lounge leading onto the front deck and braai area with magnificent panoramic sea views. A main bedroom en-suite with dressing room and king size bed. A Guest room with double bed & 2 guest rooms with 2 single beds each (one of these guest rooms has no cupboards) There is a bathroom in the passage with a bath, shower and basin, separate guest toilet adjacent to this to service these bedrooms. There is a braai area at the entrance as well, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors & a braai regardless of the prevailing wind. As well as a double garage which leads into the scullery and then the kitchen. The house is double story,the upper level for rental the lower level private. Each have their own lawn as it is terraced.
