Family Friendly in the Great Northern Catskills

The perfect house for a Great Northern Catskills family getaway. Our house has everything the kids and parents are looking for. Wrap around porch, sun room, bbq, fire pit for the adults. Toys, sprinklers and outdoor sports equipment for the kids. The space We have 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a den and sunroom. The master bedroom is a bed/bath suite, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has two twin sized beds with a collection of kids toys and books. The den has a couch which could sleep an additional guest. An air mattress is also available upon request. Our backyard is large and private with a large deck that wraps around the sun-room. It is ideal for BBQ and lounging during the summer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to cook a feast. For families - we have a pack and play, kids toys and books, board games, sleeping bags, stuffed animals, baby bath tub, potty cover, etc. Please know that when you book with us, you are helping a small family achieve it's dream of owning a vacation home. There are many homes in our area owned by management companies or investment firms that have never set foot in the property. We truly hope you enjoy our home and thank you for being a part of our dreams. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except for our utility/laundry room and basement. Other things to note When we travel to our house in the Catskills we are accompanied by our two cats. These cats will never be present during a guests stay, but wanted to inform anybody interested in booking in case of severe allergies. Please understand this is not a vacant vacation rental provided by a rental company. Our house is being shared to guests while we are away. You may find clothes in closets, and extra snacks in the cupboards. We always do our best to clear as much of our belongings as possible. Thank you for understanding.
