Home in Leamington

We have three spare bedrooms secluded from the rest of the house on the main level of our home (we live here) These bedrooms share one bathroom. Each has a good quality king, queen or twin bed. We have a Pack n' Play for smaller infants. The space Quiet country log home located 1 mile west of Leamington, UT and 20 miles north of Delta UT. House has access to wireless internet. We are located near the Intermountain Power Plant and Little Sahara Sand Dunes. Nearby is the U-Dig Fossil site (a trilobite dig site). Many visitors enjoy nearby Topaz Mountain and other rockhounding areas. Or take a walk on the surrounding country roads and enjoy viewing the wildlife. There are raptors in the winter months and many birds in the spring and summer. Breakfast is included with your visit. You could stay for some quiet restful time in the country or perhaps you are working as a contractor at the local IPP. Best restaurants in nearby Delta include: Zapata's (Mexican), Rico's El Jalscience (Mexican), Red Rabbit Grill (Pizza and American), Subway, McDonalds, Delta Freeze. Jerry has 2 kayaks and a canoe and life jackets. He will take interested parties on a guided tour on the nearby Sevier River, located in Leamington (approximate time of tour is one hour). This is only available from April to August. Otherwise the water is too low. Provo, Salt Lake City, Zions Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Wheeler Peak are all within a few hours' drive. Guest access Main door gives you access to the bedrooms and living room. We'll share the kitchen and dining area. We don't rent our house unless we are home. During your stay We enjoy hosting guests and interacting; please note that we live in the home. The bedrooms available are separated from the rest of the home, but you will share space with our family in the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Other things to note Pet Policy - We have outside cats and prefer that you keep your dog on a leash outside. If you have an obedient and small service dog, it would be OK to keep inside. We have hardwood floors that we don't want to get scratched.
