This home is the perfect spot to catch a game during the MLB Spring Training, NFL Games, Concerts, Nascar, and Golf! The space The master bedroom includes a comfortable queen size bed (soon- to - be king size) with 32' Smart TV and personal bathroom with remodeled walk in shower. The 2nd Bedroom includes a queen size bed with a 32' Smart TV. This room has a Jack and Jill restroom that has access from bedroom and hallway. Both bathrooms are supplied with toilet paper, towels, shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and feel like you are at home including spices, utensils, and coffee maker! If you are missing something, I can probably provide it. Our place is very kid friendly. We have plenty available toys for kids, games, 2 toddler cots, a playpen, and a portable highchair. With grandkids, we understand having accessible items is important! Internet and WIFI is provided throughout the home. Dogs are welcome upon approval. Doggy door is accessible with an enclosed backyard. Washer and Dryer is available for use as well as laundry detergent if needed. Large backyard with grill. Plenty of space for family, kids, and gatherings. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house including backyard. 2 vehicle carport for parking and additional space on the side. Portable cooler for outdoor during the summer heat upon request. Electric bikes are also available to rent if requested as well. Other things to note The lockbox for entrance is on gate by side door. Access and code will be given day of arrival for keys.
