The upper floor has a 220 degree view of the lake from the balcony and sitting room. Set on a quiet serene lake property with a Northern Minnesota feel, yet very close to Mpls , St. Paul and Stillwater 7 miles. 4 patios, lakeside gazebo and 200 feet of sandy shore. Class A lake clarity. Large deck and patios overlooking the lake. Indoors we have a 2 family rooms, large dining room, kitchen(ask). Has a Private bath in 1 room and shared bath in the adjoining 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms are on top level, The space Our property is Licensed by the City as an AIRBNB for short term rentals. We do rent kayaks, canoes and paddle boards for a fee on a First Come First Served Basis (FCFS). It is $10 for each item for the first hour ($20 for the two person Kayaks). $5 per hour for the next 2 hours to a maximum of $20 ($30) per day for each item. This money is donated to Mn Public Radio. There are 6 kayaks (1 child and 2 two person), 2 - 17 foot canoes, 2 adult paddleboards. (FCFS) Guest access Our property is Licensed by the City as an AIRBNB for short term rentals. Please note that since we are on a lake that the guest cannot bring any extra persons without them being registered at the time of the reservation. This is a terms of service rule by AIRBNB and also our house rules. So please identify all guests, even if it is for only a day, that will be at the property.
