Connie's Corner: Quiet , Warm and Welcoming

Located in a quiet Bloomington Suburb, 5 minutes to downtown Bloomington, IU Campus and IU Stadium. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with door locks, queen beds with a bathroom exclusive for guests and a shared powder room downstairs. The second bedroom is only made available for more than 2 guest, see extra cost. Maximum 2 guest per bedroom. Fiber optics internet. All toiletries are provided. You will have a fresh clean, beautiful, quiet space as a guest. The space WiFi is available throughout the home. Guest may request the use of refrigerator, kitchen utensils, plates, ..... etc. Guest may also use the back patio and outdoor furniture. Guest access Guest may use the Kitchen and Dining area to eat. During your stay I live in residence and will be available the entire time for hosting my guest. Other things to note Availability Restriction: This property only accommodate Families and Female Guest. It is a non smoking property. If you have children under 10 years the additional guests cost does not apply for the first 2. Your may notify me in the inquiry but you should not include them in the official number of guest used to calculate nightly price if you want this special.
