Great Room/Private Bath/TV/Secured Parking/Kitchen

This is a Room in a House with a Private Bathroom right outside the door. We have Secured Parking at this location. We offer shared kitchen access our friendly guests and host management. We have smart TV's and you are welcome to lounge study and work in the common spaces. It also has an extensive back yard for guests with dogs, a front porch for smoking, or relaxing sipping tea. We are close to buses with friendly neighbors. Wi-Fi 200 Mbits/sec. The space This is a Recently updated Edwardian Home built in 1915... The Bedrooms are recently cleaned carpet and painted walls. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in the common areas, with some water damage where the laundry used to be. The bathrooms have tile flooring. The paint and floors in the common areas are too dark (in the hosts opinion) but there is nice furniture and artwork on the walls to compensate .... Guest access We respect your privacy. You'll have access to your room; you are the only one who will use your bathroom while you are here. Cook in the kitchen we have some cup board space for you. Refrigerator and freezer space must be negotiated with the other guests. Let's keep the kitchen clean we can do it :) Lounge in the sala smoke on the front porch, play in the front and back yard. Just don't go up the stairs. During your stay We will respect your privacy; are happy to accommodate your style. We will interact with you as much or as little as you like. If on the other hand, you would like company There are people here to socialize with please let us know and be comfortable, we all love people. I am here for you when you need me and gone when you want to be alone. Other things to note There are occasional blow out parties next door. Not so much since COVID. Nice neighborhood, but you might not like the view coming here...
