The space While we are within an hour's drive from Portland, the Sebago Lakes Region, and ski and outlet areas in North Conway, New Hampshire, our rural country setting boasts many opportunities for biking, hiking, boating, swimming and winter activities such as snowshoeing and cross-country skiing Guest access Room 5 is located on the 2nd floor at the end of the hall.
