There are many activities available- golf, swimming, tennis, biking and hiking. This beautiful property is furnished with tasteful Southwestern decor, with its best feature being the stunning golf course and mountain views. The space This is a private home with fantastic golf course and mountain views. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Primary suite: king size bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, separate patio access. 2nd bedroom: queen bed 3rd bedroom: 2 twin beds, walk-in closet Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the home, backyard, and main garage. The smaller owner's garage is not available for guest access. Other things to note Saddlebrooke is a wonderful 55+ community- while the renter must be over 55 years of age, they are welcome to bring family members of all ages. You must register through the office to receive your guest pass, which allows you access to their facilities. The property includes access to three different Saddlebrooke facilities with gyms, pools, hot tubs, and a restaurant.
