Suitable for those who want to rest in contact with nature, to the sounds of birds and breathe fresh air. The condominium's water is collected from a natural spring in the mountain that surrounds the property. The condominium pool is a running water pool and its availability may be affected in periods of severe drought or excessive rainfall. The nearby stream and the dam have crystal clear waters and the bath is quite refreshing for those who do not mind a slightly lower temperature. Guest access The property is located in a condominium in an area surrounded by the greenery of the Atlantic Forest. Access is via a partially dirt road that is in good condition most of the time. Even small cars will not have problems. The property is approximately 1 hour away from downtown Teresópolis. Other things to note - We do not accept pets. - No smoking inside the property. - There is a small charcoal grill available, but the guest must bring charcoal and other utensils that may be necessary. - The region has no telephone signal, so all contact must be made using the property's Wi-Fi. - As the property is in a rural area with a lot of vegetation, power outages may occur due to the contact of the trees with the wiring. We seek to work with the utility company as soon as possible. In addition, the local residents' association is also always working with the utility to minimize potential problems. - There are surveillance cameras in the condominium to observe the common areas. There are no cameras inside the accommodation. - Inside the accommodation there is an intrusion alarm with a presence sensor.
