The space You can use the pool, hot tubs, green areas and trampoline (maximum 100 kilos) without limit and in a shared way Guest access You can walk to the village of San Jose de Maipo, it's about a 10-minute walk. About 3 minutes by car. There is ample outdoor parking inside and outside the plot. The area is very quiet. Other things to note You can use the Hot Tubs, the pool, Taca Taca, the grill for barbecues, feed the horses that are outside the plot (they are not mine but the owner authorized it). One of the plots sells free-range eggs, natural cow's milk and, I've been told, excellent empanadas. There are also lounge chairs to rest. The Maipo River is 2 blocks away.
