Private, bright, and airy bedroom in a quiet country setting just 6 miles from Payson, with a separate entrance for guests (1 of 3 rooms that I rent). Comfortable queen size bed. Perfect for a peaceful get-a-way from city heat or to enjoy nature. One large bathroom is shared with the guest(s) of another room. The lounge area is relaxing and includes a table for meals. No TV. This is one of 3 bedrooms that is available for rent. *Small portions of the road are unpaved (less than 0.5 mile) The space Our home has a country feel to it and is backed by national forest. A guest book is available with maps, trails, pamphlets, fishing spots, etc. Green Valley Lake in Payson is stocked with trout by GFD. Beginning mid-June, the Town of Payson hosts open-air musical concerts at Green Valley Park and also hosts one of the best 4th of July fireworks displays in Arizona. Our residential road has about a 1/2 mile of dirt road. Guest access Guests will have access to their room; a common sitting/eating area; a common lounge area; a large, shared bathroom (separate, locking doors to toilet and shower areas); and the outside premises. There is also a fire pit in the backyard for outdoor cooking (bring your own fuel), which can be used if there are no fire restrictions. During your stay I will be available by phone to answer questions. Text or call, I will often be available in person, if needed. Other things to note During monsoon season roads may be flooded. A low riding vehicle may not be adequate. ** Cell reception from certain providers (i.e. AT&T) is poor in this area. Verizon tends to provide the best cell service at Country Bedrooms. Once you arrive and hook into our Starlink provider you should have no connectivity issues. The driveway leading to Country Bedrooms is a long stretch of gravel and might pose a challenge to anyone traveling via motorcycle. Please exercise caution. There is sufficient room for turning a trailer around.
