There is a pathway at the driveway that leads to the back of the house where you'll find a private courtyard. There are double French doors as your entrance. What was once a master suite is now your private studio. The large room hosts a queen sized bed, full couch, kitchenette, and two sitting chairs. The large bathroom is large enough for a small dance party: large vanity with one sink and a full shower. The wall between your studio and the house borders a spare room and bathroom, so noise shouldn't be a problem! Guest access The guest suite is private. It was the master bedroom/bathroom with its own private entrance and locked from main house. You will have the entire suite to yourself! You will see a pathway by the driveway. The path will take you around the house to the french doors and courtyard. Other things to note This is a totally private studio attached to the owner's main house. You will not be sharing any part of the house with anyone. You'll have your own entrance, bathroom, sofa seating area and kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker.
