The Douglas on Third is a 100 year old building that has been completely redone, inside and out and offers one of the few places to stay on historic 3rd Street in downtown McMinnville. The rooms are quaint, not overly large, but we have built in most everything you will need during your visit! The space You’ll love this space because you can walk to any of the award winning restaurants or wine tasting rooms in downtown McMinnville. You are literally in the heart of third street. The building is secure with keypad security code entrance only. There is a common room for guests to lounge in which includes a printer and WiFi. There is a laundry facility for all guests to use as well. Private parking is yours as well as your private, one bedroom, one bath, fully furnished apartment.
