This lovely cottage is a hidden gem. Small in size but ENORMOUS in views! Just off of Main Street in downtown Lubec, the cottage is tucked behind a church on a short private lane. 180 degree views of Johnson Bay, Dudley Island, and Popes Folly from the back deck and yard. The cottage is perched on a hill overlooking the ocean. A perfect get-away for enjoying Nature's beauty..while still being in town close to events and amenities. June-August, Lubec hosts SummerKeys : a season of music workshops and concerts. You will hear the ocean sounds mixed with music. Free community concerts are held throughout the summer. We are pet-friendly. We do need to know what and how many to make a judgement call if the cottage is a appropriate. NOTE: The cottage exist between 2 time zones. If your phone it set to roam, it may show Atlantic time (Canada) in the bedrooms, but Eastern Standard Time in the kitchen! I got up an hour early twice during my stay. But I spent the extra hour enjoying the wonderful view, so it was a win anyway! Your cell-signal may be iffy at the cottage...but if you turn call-over-wifi on, you will be covered. The cottage has a digital lock on the front door. A code will be sent to the guest before arrival. I will be on-call if you have any questions or challenges. Lubec is a small coastal village with beautiful views of Johnson Bay and the Lubec Channel The cottage is within the village and walking distance to the grocery store, library, post office, and several seasonal inns and restaurants.
