Comes w/1 Queen Bed +LoveSeatSofa (+2 twins can be added) for 4ppl See my 2 other listings:"Tropical & tranquil room" & "Boho Queen pillowtop" *Use of Full kitchen/coffeemaker *Large bathroom *$20/night extra bed (2nd &/3rd twin bed can be added) The space *Close to downtown Norfolk (1-1.5 miles) *6 miles From VA Beach Town Center/VA Beach *15 min. Drive to Virginia Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk. *45 min.from Williamsburg /Busch Gardens *1 block walk from "The Tide" Norfolk lightrail train to downtown. *Clean, comfortable, peaceful, zen-like :-) *Sofa Love seat also in room/large floor space. There is ONE Double/Full size Bed in this room + 2 stackable Twins. Plus a loveseat for sitting. (love seat Not for sleep on/guests) If a 2nd &/or 3rd Bed is needed for guests #3 &/or 4 there will be an additonal fee $10/night (pay on arrival or via Airbnb Resolution center) This is technically a 2 person room. But I can/do make exceptions for 3rd&4th **2nd option is to book an additonal room (discounted rate can be negotiated for 2nd room) for 1 party/group of friends. Guest access Shared Large kitchen with all appliances/kitchenware/ coffeemaker provided. Large, newly remodeled Bathroom with Rainfall shower. Use of backyard and grill. Beach chairs available. **100 gallon Jacuzzi Tub is NOT for guest use.(Shower only please) $35 water fee+cleaning+ will be assessed for guests who use tub** Washer available for guests staying 4 days or more ONLY ($10/load)**(PLEASE ASK host PRIOR to using*) *Clothesline in backyard for drying. No dryer on site. **Host has loads of Massage Therapy sheets/linens +Airbnb sheets (please ask Host prior Please) Wifi access: Free if less than 7 days For long term guests: wifi: $20 per week or $40/month ($40/mo. wifi fee for monthly guests) ($100/mo. Is my total monthly high speed wifi cost)* During your stay Meet & greet upon arrival to show guests around. Always respond to texts within 30 min. Or less. I Interact enough to be helpful but not in the way. I'm pretty open & friendly (massage therapist & yoga instructor for 20+ years since 1999) so I'm pretty easy to talk to :-) You will receive a Personal Door code Activated for Your dates of stay.
