Beach front home to cater to all your needs

The beach front home is located about 20 minutes from the airport. It is a place where you will spend quality time with both family and friends. The layout of the property allows you to feel at home and is designed in such a way where it all comes together — especially with the largest swimming pool in Amatecampo if not the department of La Paz. If you are planning for some rest and relaxation — this is the place! The bedroom on the 2nd floor is NOT included. The space The design of the property lends itself for an open area where everything flows together. The beach is largely free of any rocks and is quite extensive. There aren’t too many businesses near by, so there isn’t too much added traffic — allowing for a more tranquil experience. BBQ area is ideal for all your outdoor grilling experience. In addition, your visit will be even more memorable due to our pest control regimen where you will enjoy days and nights without annoying insects — especially mosquitoes. You’ll be able to sleep at night without that mosquito song by your ears at night. Other rental properties say that “mosquitos at the beach is normal” — we disagree. Once in a while a few insects and mosquitoes find there way onto the property, but definitely insects here are at a true minimum. As much as we love our extended family members (our pets), no pets allowed. THE BEDROOM ON THE SECOND LEVEL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL. Guests will have access to the entire first floor only..... All the bedrooms have air conditioning and are set to 20* C (68* F). PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DUE TO THE RECENT HIGH AND STRONG TIDES WE HAVE SUFFERED DAMAGE ALONG THE LIMIT OF THE PROPERTY WHERE IT BORDERS WITH BEACH. WE LOST THE FENCE, GATE TO THE BEACH, ALONG WITH THE MAJORITY OF THE HAMMOCK RANCH. WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND CONTRACTORS TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE. SINCE THE CONDITIONS OF THE TIDES HAVE NOT CEASED PERMANENTLY, REPAIRS CON NOT BE INITIATED. AT THE LIMIT THERE IS A DROP OF ALMOST 6 FEET TO THE BEACH. WE WILL BE BUILDING STEPS TO ACCESS THE BEACH. I HAVE UPLOADED PICTURES OF THE PROPERTY LIMIT SHOWING THE DAMAGE. Guest access The entire property is available to our guests. The only areas off limit are the caretaker’s personal home located at the very entrance of the property and a bedroom on a second level. Other things to note We offer a more personalized vacation experience where we can do your grocery shopping based on your menu and even provide you with a personal chef so you can concentrate on rest and relaxation and hosting your family and friends. We also can provide transportation services to pick up your group from an agreed meeting point; transport them to the beach property and take you back to the same meeting point upon departure. The vehicle can transport 14 guests comfortably with air conditioning. If some of your guests would like a private horse ride on the beach or a full body massage, we can arrange that too.
