A Villa by the sea in a wonderful nature setting. In a semi-secluded cove in front of a coral reef. The space We are right on the beach fronting a coral reel (great for snorkeling), with a 56m wide private beachfront at one of the nicest sections in Laiya.. The property is very spacious (1ha), It has 3 separate private building, one of which is used by the owner and his family (when around), and the two other buildings are available for AirBnB rental. The buildings are separate from each other to provide privacy, but the garden, pool and beachfront are shared. But don't worry... it is really spacious :). We have at least 3-4 separate loungi areas, on the beach, near the pool, in the garden, or on the cliff-top. We value nature and privacy and aim to create a setting within a tropical garden setting by the sea (unlike many of the commercial resorts now coming up in the Laiya area many of which are all concrete and often crowded and lacking natural outdoor space). The beach house itself has 4 BR and is elevated from the beach (by about 20-30m), to offer better views and privacy. All rooms are modern including split aircon, and are tastefully designed, There is a kitchen, spacious dining area and private lounging area on the roof deck-floor (offering very nice views and a cooling breeze as well). There is also an outdoor jacuzzi pool, as well as a plunge pool made with natural stone (just added recently). We also offer water sport facilities. You may use the kayak to see beaches around, or use the stand-up paddle board, We can also arrange for sailing, including on a private yacht. The property is actually large enough that you may also do some hiking including a nice viewpoint on the cliff that offers panoramic views along the whole coast. Guest access You may access the property through the next-door Ccoco Cavana beach resort (where you also safely park your car) and then walk (about 100m) along the beach around a rock that separates it from our place. Our staff will be happy to carry your stuff, no worries. However, kindly consult us if your group has PWDs so we can advise you accordingly.
