Exceptional Mediterranean Villa with forever white-water views from the pool deck. This bedroom has its own private stairway with doors at the bottom and top of stairs. It has an en-suite bath, a courtyard view with a peak of the ocean, a small walk-in closet, black-out curtains, mini fridge, coffee, TV & high-speed internet. A cozy escape awaits. Please note that 2 young children and a friendly dog live in the main house, so you may hear signs of life during waking hours. The space The owners live in the house. Guests access their suite via access code in an external door with an additional code to access their suite. There is no need to interact with the hosts but they are happy to answer any questions during your stay. The front garden and two view decks are for guest use. The pool, jacuzzi and outdoor spaces are shared with the owners and other airBnB guests (there is a pool cabana studio that is also an AirBnB rental). The pool and jacuzzi are open from 9AM to 10PM. There is an additional $25 resort fee per day of use for heating the jacuzzi, when requested; we provide beach towels. If your desired dates are booked, or if you prefer the ocean-view, you can check availability of the pool studio cabana. Guest access Guests can park on the street next to the property. Property access is through a gate with a code. The house is entered through a keyless side door with code access. They proceed up their private stairs to their private suite. Other things to note 1) A K-cup coffee maker with coffee supplies is provided in your room. 2) Our pool, jacuzzi and outdoor spaces are shared with owners and their guests. The pool is open from 9AM to 10PM. Additional $25 resort fee per day of use is charged for heating the jacuzzi, when requested; we provide beach towels. 3) Your room has a table and two chairs. 4) No smoking or vaping on premises, indoors or outdoors.
