Property is exclusively YOURS to use; 3) We do NOT allow pets or indoor smoking due to allergies and asthma. Guest access Your security is paramount. Our property is equipped with a smart lock system, managed by Airbnb, that provides time-sensitive access control. A unique access code will be generated for your reservation, ensuring secure and private occupancy. Guests have exclusive access to entire indoor & outdoor space, featuring living area with smart TV, board games, record player and albums, small dining area, kitchen, downstairs bathroom and upstairs sleeping loft with queen bed and workspace. Kitchen has fridge, oven range, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven. Coffee and coffee fixings provided. Backyard features a deck, gazebo, gas grill and fire pit. Other things to note 1) Upstairs sleeping loft has pitched roof with low headroom. *If you are on the taller side, please consider that there will be ducking involved. 2) If you have mobility concerns, please note that there is a steep staircase to the sleeping loft. 3) Bathroom is located downstairs. 4) Fiber optic Wi-Fi is strong and works very well 99.9% of the time, even outside. However hosts will not be held responsible for temporary service interruptions due to external circumstances. 5) We maintain a preventative contract with a pest control company in an effort to maintain a pest-free environment. Please do your part by emptying sink, dumping garbage and keeping counters and floors free of crumbs. 6) Due to severe allergies and asthma, we maintain a 100% pet-free home, smoke-free and are exempt from accepting service animals. If pets are brought into the home or if indoor smoking or vaping has occurred, an additional deep-cleaning fee of $350 will be charged, so that we can maintain the necessary level of cleanliness that the owners require for health. 7) Unfortunately, this home is not a good fit for children due to danger of cliffside location.
