The space 🏡 The Space This light-filled, open-plan home features: ✔️ 35 metres private beach-front – just walk out the door and onto the sand ✔️ 2 bedrooms - main with queen bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (1 double and 3 single - with plush bedding and ceiling fans ✔️ A fully equipped kitchen and breezy indoor-outdoor living areas ✔️ Expansive deck with ocean views, dining table, outdoor lounge and hammock ✔️ Waterfront "Nakamal" BBQ hut with table, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill ✔️ Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and free use of bicycles, kayaks and paddle boards 🌿 Surrounded by palm trees and turquoise waters, it's your own slice of paradise—ideal for romantic retreats, family holidays, or group getaways. 📍 Location Highlights Located on the shore of the beautiful Segond Channel across the water from Luganville, you're just minutes from local restaurants, beach bars, markets, and tropical adventures like snorkeling, kayaking, cave treks, Blue Holes, custom village tours, beaches, scuba diving and nature hikes. 🧼 Immaculately cleaned ready to make your stay effortless and unforgettable. Guest access You have the whole place to yourselves, the bungalow is right on the water's edge, on a half acre fenced and landscaped block. Sheets, blankets, towels and beach towels are provided. There is a sandy beach right out front with tropical fish and beautiful coral. It is safe to swim here but please be careful of coral cuts. Also available are kayaks and SUPs which you can easily launch from the beach to explore the local waterfront or paddle up to the Resort. There are bicycles for guests to use to explore Aore Island. There is only one main road so you can' t get lost. Go for a ride up to the Point, to Aore Resort, to the Coffee Shop at Aore Roastery, or explore further. Coconut plantations, giant banyan trees, WW11 bunkers, secluded beaches and more. Other things to note The house is fully self-contained with Solar Power, rain-water tank and septic. A generator is available in case of continued cloudy weather. Access to the mainland is available by water taxi - 5 minute trip. Free to air reception is not available, however there is a 55 inch Smart TV so you can log into your Netflix account etc. There are some board games available. There are some DVDs and music USBs for your use, or bring your own if you like. There are no grocery shops on Aore Island, so bring supplies with you or take the short boat trip to town for your main shopping.
