Welcome to Berea! This is a spacious home full of amenities. You're within a few minutes drive to some of the areas best restaurants and attractions. Enjoy relaxing outdoors? Our large back deck is perfect for relaxing during Kentucky's cool evenings. This home comes well furnished with a full kitchen, two bedrooms and one full bath with a shower/tub. Our living room couch is a sleeper sofa, comfortably fits 1 guest. Both bedrooms contain queen beds. The TV in the living room is Roku ready. We utilize "guest mode," this allows the guests to safely use personal subscription accounts, and upon checkout these will be erased. We do not provide cable or streaming subscriptions. This is a entire home, the guest has access to all spaces on the property. **Guests can only initially enter through the front door as this is where the smart lock is located, once you’re in the home you’re welcome to use the backdoor.** It's likely you won't see me during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, on Thursday’s and Friday's, due to garbage pick-up, I do quickly stop by the property to move the trash bin to the road and later the following day to move it back. Our guests love our home due to the convenience factor, we are located less than 1 mile from i75. If you're coming into town for an event in Richmond, you are only 15 minutes away! And for Lexington, our home is around 40 minutes away.
