Perfect for large groups and families.**** We have a large home that has been furnished with local hand made furniture from Choiseul and artwork from a local St. Lucian artist who has produced work for decades on the island. There are also wide front and back covered balconies. The primary bedroom features an on suite balcony overlooking the back garden, with chairs, tables, great for relaxing with your morning coffee. Entrance to Ground Floor is through gates on the right side of property. Guest access Enjoy the safety and convenience of Digital Check-In and Keyless entry. Private access to the entire backyard, lush gardens, and both the front and back balconies. Other things to note ***Easy Airport Pick Up/Drop Offs!!*** Do not hesitate to hire our preferred driver Ali who knows our house and especially the island of St. Lucia like the back of his hand!! He will tell you anything you need to know about the beautiful island of St. Lucia while he drives you to Kai Mweh! *** LIABILITY AND DAMAGES *** Guest are responsible for ALL damages during their stay! Including, but not limited to appliances, cookware, glassware, plates, furniture, artwork, towels, bedding, curtains, pillows, pottery, etc. EXAMPLE OF DAMAGE FEES: HEAVY MESS Cleaning Fee - US$150 If guests leave the house in a state of severe uncleanliness that requires deep cleaning, guests will be charged a Heavy Mess Cleaning fee, in addition to the standard cleaning fee. Beach Towels - US$50 ea. If guests lose one one of the orange beach towels, we will have to charge guests a replacement fee. Do not use beach towels for Soufriere Sulfur Bath. The water will damage towels and you will be charged US$50 ea. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT Available on request for an additional fee - $75 Please make sure to take all belongings.
