Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it. The space Our property is a developing garden, combining principles from both permaculture and edible forest gardens. Hares, deer and other wildlife hide in the tall grass and the skies above are as wide as only skies in Groningen can be. From your private terrace or simply from the windows, you'll have a beautiful view of the surroundings. Other things to note Breakfast is not included in the price. We can deliver a standard breakfast (without meat products) fot 5,- per person. This breakfast consists of a basket with freshly baked (baked-off) bread, butter, cheese and assorted (sweet) spreads like jam and Nutella. Should we consider special dietary needs, such as lactose and/or gluten free or vegan, please let us know when you make your reservation. (Almost) everything is possible. -- Ducks, chickens and rabbits roam our property. No pets allowed, sorry. You're invited for a stroll along the paths into the tall grass. We've got spare rain boots in the most common sizes to lend.
