You can cook in the kitchen and put items in the refrigerator. The dogs may cuddle with you if you want, or you can shoo them away. They are about 20# each and very friendly. I have a washer and dryer in the basement you can use. No food is allowed in the bedrooms. Please eat at the dining room table. The space Your face must be recognizable in your profile photo. The room is rectangular and is basic black with some red and white. It has a desk, dresser, nightstand, full bed and a floor fan. We are laid back, on a busy main street and have police and fire engines going by. Bring earplugs if that will bother you. None of the bedroom doors lock. There are door stops you can use while you are in the bedrooms. There have been no issues in the 10 years I have had Airbnb in my home. We have central air and heat and a gas fireplace during winter and a patio to use on warm days. The house is easy to get to from the 35 and 75 freeways. Easy access to Miami Valley Hospital, UD, downtown, convention center, and freeway. Other hospitals nearby are Grandview Medical Center, and Dayton Children's Hospital. A little further is Kettering Medical Center and Dayton VA Medical Center. Traveling nurses are welcome. Guest access You can use the whole house except other bedrooms and my office. There is a gas BBQ you can use and chairs on the patio for summer weather. Other things to note Always lock the entry door when you come in or go out. Watch the dogs they will try to escape. So during your stay please be careful they don't get out. At night they are shut in my bedroom with me. I have a child's gate in case you want to leave your door open and keep the dogs out of your room.
