The space Enjoy a spacious, stylishly renovated cabin all to yourself. Perfect for families or couples, it sits on 1/3 acre surrounded by trees and comfortably sleeps 10, with real beds--no pullouts or air mattresses. Relax on the large deck with a BBQ, curl up by the wood burning stove with provided firewood, or enjoy Ping Pong in the garage. The cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and organic coffee, tea and condiments. Any meal you dream up can be made here! Enjoy family fun with games, puzzles, and books. Plus a TV in the loft for the kiddos. After a day of hiking, biking or swimming, unwind on the downstairs couches with a smart TV offering Netflix, Hulu and Amazon. Step outside for direct access to snowshoeing, hiking and bike trails leading up the mountain or down to the Stanislaus River. We use only unscented or natural non-toxic cleaning products. We use no air fresheners, plug in fragrances or artificially scented laundry detergent. **As of June 2025, we have installed solid Doug Fir hardwood flooring throughout the entire cabin. Yay! Guest access Guest will have complete access to the cabin, with the exception of a few locked closets/cabinets reserved for housekeeping. PARKING SUMMER- There are four spaces (two in driveway & two on street) available. WINTER- 2 plowed spaces on street. No driveway access due to snow and ice. USUALLY there isn't additional public street parking available due to berms built by snowplows. BUT if we haven't received much snowfall there is a possibility for additional parking.
