This place is amazing, it’s been fully remodeled and sits on a corner just 1 block from the beach in the heart of downtown Kitty Hawk. The house has beautiful views of the ocean from the main living floor and decks, there are plenty of outdoor spaces as well. Walkin’ on Sunshine is the classic saltbox Outerbanks vacation home!!! The space The entire place is yours to enjoy .The place has 4 bedrooms 2 with king size beds, 1 with a queen size bed and a room with 2 twins. Plenty of deck seating with ocean views and a shaded area below the house with a hot tub and charcoal grill! Guest access The whole place is yours to enjoy there’s an amazing deck that’s on the top level facing the ocean . There’s a crows nest deck for an even better view and seat down below the house that’s cool and shaded with a charcoal grill. Other things to note No pets! *Beach Gear at house: 9 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 2 beach carts, 1 cooler and sand toys.
