Apartment with kitchen (apartment on the market)

on two floors and on 70 sqm, there is the living room, two bedrooms, another sleeping option in the attic, kitchen, bathroom, hallway with sitting area and terrace. The apartment is accessible via its own entrance area and offers enough space and sleeping space for up to six people, with additional extra beds possible. In our fully equipped kitchen there is a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle. Table linens, dishes, as well as the usual kitchen and dining room equipment. Likewise, linens and towels are ready for you. In addition, you can use the washing machine and tumble dryer for a small fee. These are located directly in the apartment. Cribs, changing dresser and high chair are among the basic equipment and are also available for our smallest guests. Please note that this is a non smoking and animal-free apartment. If the apartment is not rented before or after, we decide completely without problems and individually about the time of arrival and departure. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included
