Hotel Rotes Einhorn is located in the Birgel district of Düren, at the edge of the Eifel region. Originally a brewery, the hotel is family-run since 1989 and has been modernized in recent years. The rooms and suite all feature a kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a mini-bar, desk, box-spring bed, dressing/wardrobe room, cozy seating area, TV, data socket, telephone and free WiFi. The cities of Cologne and Aachen are 30 minutes away by car. Trains go from Düren Train Station to the KölnMesse exhibition grounds in just 25 minutes.
